In order to ensure general security, occupational safety and work order in company headquarters/branch or warehouses where you come as a visitor for private or official reasons, your identity information regarding your name and surname, your contact information and signature, and your vehicle’s license plate are taken during your entrances and exits, and your image records are taken and recorded through the camera system located in the workplace. All your recorded personal data will be automatically deleted and destroyed within thirty days. Your recorded personal data will not be used for purposes other than those specified. If you do not give your explicit consent for the processing of your requested personal data in accordance with the purpose, you will not be able to benefit from the opportunity to enter the company headquarters/branch or warehouse area as a visitor. In the event of your visit, you will be deemed to have accepted the recording of your personal data with your explicit consent. If you have a request with your recorded personal data, you have the right to apply to the KVKK representative in person by applying to our companies’ e-mail address karatasmakineimalat@hs01.kep.tr by sending a notice through a notary public or by coming to the company headquarters with a document indicating your identity. A decision will be made regarding your request within 30 days at the latest and information will be sent to the address you specified.
