PREMIUM SERIES GENERAL INFORMATION
Karataş Fiber Laser Cutting Machine With high precision processed helical or spur gears, high acceleration, high movement speed and positioning tolerance values are achieved. Axis movements are made with a rack and pinion system. Since no extra drive element is used between the motor and pinion gear system, there is no deviation in dimensions.
The shuttle table system integrated into the machine maximizes production and minimizes material handling time. The shuttle table and table change system is designed to take the cut parts from the other table and load new sheet metal while the laser machine continues cutting.
In all machines with the shuttle table option, the table is fully automatic and does not require maintenance. Hydraulic oil is not used, and the table change is fast, soft and with low energy cost.
